This would be still useful, but there is no such thing as "DICOM offset". Instead, the DICOM frame instance should be retrieved from the DICOM.instanceUIDs attribute and the DICOM instance number (or some other frame ID) could be retrieved from the DICOM database. To make the performance better, we could add a DICOM.instanceNumbers attribute to volumes that are loaded from DICOM.
