build version listed on slicer download page differs from the downloaded folder #2706

It could be nice if we could find a solution to consolidate version displayed in download page and in the package.

@jcfr Could we address this now that we have full control over the download site?

A clean solution would be to start building Slicer just after midnight (e.g., 12:05AM). Then everything would happen on the same day (start of Slicer build, completion of Slicer build, building of all extensions, upload of Slicer package and all extensions).

However, this would delay the build by 2 hours, so extensions builds would complete by about 1pm. This would make it even more important to prevent publishing the new Slicer release before all extensions are build (by about 1pm) - see #4976.
