Crash on macOS after enabling extension auto-update and installing new Slicer version #4550

Users have not been complaining about this.

Most likely this was caused by the tsunami of server requests due to lack of caching of server responses. Server responses are now cached, so this should not occur anymore. There is also a related task to track improvement of extension updates, so there is no need to keep this issue open.
