Under: Diffusion-->Tractography-->Tractography Display-->Fiber Bundle Selection-->ROI for Fiber Selection... when I select "Create new AnnotationROI as..." the system crashes.

Markups ROI is the latest object that replaces Annotation ROI objects. All Annotation module objects are being removed in #6524. Closing this as no longer relevant.
